The Dream of Being a Successful Self (Part 2)
Abstract
The Dream of being a successful i.e. an important and able Self (DSS). and acknowledged as such by the individual itself and others in all areas of life is a constant demand fulfilled by beneficial information throughout life. Human beings invest energy in every area and try to gain control over it and with that creating field-typical patterns of success or failure of that dream with corresponding and clinically definable and social consequences, as briefly described for every field. A special effort to succeed is the building of ecologically compensating regulations (ECR) If an individual is trying to find out about the amount of success of his DSS in a field he has to go though a double examination by himself i.e. his PRMS, and the demands and expectations of the others.
To bring this to mind by drawing up an eco-systemic map of a person's DSS may help to find better strategies and improve communication as a way to Win-Win changes acceptable and favorable for all.
