Abstract

But it is also marked by the hurt caused by the lost of the gratification. This transition in the organisation is a necessary step towards a new form of organisation. The members ofthe organisation can hereby experience a (self-) gratification by their active participation in the organisation.Key words Organization, school founder, affective gratification, transition, chance, bioenergetic analysis
