Quality assurance in outpatient psychotherapy and consultation/liaison psychotherapy
Abstract
As in other medical settings it is useful to differentiate quality assurance in routine psychotherapeutic treatment in structural, process and outcome quality. Far out-patient psychotherapy the treatment basis is by now adequate. In consultation/liaison psychotherapy there exists a huge deficit concerning the structural basis. Process and outcome evaluation are a great - but necessary - challenge far the nearby future.
