Tinnitus: a case report
Abstract
A case study of Gestalt therapy with a patient suffering from tinnitus is presented from a relational field perspective. I theoretically base my practical interventions on Laura Perls' concept of contact and support and F. Perls, Hefferline, and Goodman's concept of creative adjustment in a difficult field, which includes the dynamic interrelations of psychological, sociocultural, and physical factors in the field. Dreamwork, two-chair dialogues, and enactment are among the therapeutic interventions selected.Key words:
