Reactivation of psychodynamics after patient’s agreement on publication of case report
Abstract
I describe the relationship between writing about patients and the psychodynamics of sexual abuse. There can still be problems in relation to a planned publication even when the patient agreed to the publication and confirmed this by signature. This can also lead to a reactivation of the psychodynamics of sexual abuse. I differentiate between the aspect of manifestation of sexual abuse and the shame affect.Key words:
