Abstract

Regarding the process of therapy as an interaction between therapist and client, I discuss the possibility of collusive involvement of both participants. This is shown using the model of Transactional Analysis. I request a critical self-experience of the therapist - especially regarding the ongoing integration of the “shadow" of the self - throughout the whole time of his professional life.
