The current crisis and its effects on family businesses
Abstract
Roots and consequences ofthe social and economic cri-ses affect family companies In a severe way. This means: die economic crises is more or less directly and closely connected with a crises within the family. Integrating crises management includes the engagement with the company and the family and the identity ofthe family. The author describes and discusses main results of his specific survey, such as interrelationship, conflict dynamics and aspects of different ways of crises management.
