Körperpsychotherapie bei Angst
Abstract
Zusammenfassung Der Autor beschreibt die unterschiedlichen Angsttheorien von Freud, Reich, psychodynamische Angsttheorien, die Weiterentwicklung körperpsychotherapeutischer Theorien sowie Erkenntnisse aus der prä-, post- und perinatalen Forschung. Der Autor bezieht sich auch auf die Säuglingsforschung und fokussiert im Einzelnen Angst aus einer ganzheitlichen Perspektive. Schließlich illustriert er an einem praktischen Beispiel die körperpsychotherapeutische Arbeit mit einer Angstproblematik.Schlüsselwörter Angsttheorie, Freud, Reich, Psychodynamik, Säuglingsforschung, körperpsychotherapeutische Praxis
Abstract The author describes the different anxiety theories of Freud, Reich, psychodynamic anxiety theories, development of body psychotherapy theories as well as the latest scientific findings of the pre-, post- and perinatal research. The author also relates this to infant research and focuses anxiety from a holistic point of view. Finally he illustrates by a case study the body psychotherapy approach to the anxiety problems.
