Therapie von Online-Sucht – systemisches Phasenmodell
Abstract
Therapy for Online Addiction – a Systemic Phase Model
On-line addiction can amongst others, be understood as a communication, relationship or bonding disturbance whereby young persons on the basis of intra-familial communication problems and unresolved conflicts, hide behind the computer screen. The family is seen as the core group in the new behavioural treatment models and as the place where constructive conflict resolution possibilities can be worked on. Accordingly a Systemic Phase Model is suggested for therapy where the environment can be used as a resource. The therapy process is described in terms of four phases: Initial Start-up Phase, Motivation Phase, an Exploratory phase, a Stabilization and Final Phase.
