The following explanations are based on the central reference points and results of the basic research project on «Psychosocial risks in the world of work» (project 10001A_178934) funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and the Innosuisse project «SELBA» (recognise, understand, change and monitor self-work stresses and work stresses) (project 53268.1 IP-LS) in cooperation with the Psychosomatic Rehabilitation Clinic Gais. The purpose was to develop a risk assessment of psychosocial risks in gainful employment and care work with a special focus on dynamic interdependencies between structural work stresses and subjectively perceived work stresses. One result of this project – in addition to the development of a formative risk assessment – is the system-dynamic recording and presentation of psychosocial hazards and disease processes of fatigue depression.Downloads
