Summary

This paper is based on simultaneous split screen frame-by-frame video analysis of orienting and looking behaviors of eight patients, children and adolescents who had been diagnosed as "conduct disorders" and therapist in the psychotherapeutic process (Topel 2004). The video analysis enabled the therapist to get information about out of awareness behaviors, contributed to the nonverbal dimension of the treatment and to set up a therapeutic bond. One such treatment (Topel et al. 2004, Topel and Lachmann 2007) is illustrated.

Zusammenfassung

Der Artikel basiert auf der simultanen split-screen Video-Mikroanalyse des Orientierungs- und Blickverhaltens von acht Kindern und Jugendlichen mit "Störungen des Sozialverhaltens" (DSM-VI, 312.8 / ICD-10, F91.8) und ihrer Therapeutin im therapeutischen Prozess (Topel 2004). Die Video- Analyse erbrachte Informationen über ausserbewusstes Verhalten und trug zur nonverbalen Dimension der Behandlung bei. Es konnte therapeutisch tragfähige Beziehungen mit schwer erreichbaren Patienten entstehen. Aus der Gesamtuntersuchung wird im Folgenden eine weitere Behandlung (Topel et al. 2004, Topel und Lachmann 2007) in ihren Grundzügen beschrieben.
